We start by getting to know the child or young adult — their strengths, needs, and personal goals. This includes conversations with families, carers, and, where relevant, teachers or healthcare professionals. Our aim is to understand not just the challenges but the unique abilities that make each person shine.

STEP 02 Strategy Development

Using the insights from our assessment, we design a personalised support plan. This plan combines emotional, social, and practical strategies to help the individual thrive. It includes clear goals, timelines, and activities that fit naturally into their daily life.

STEP 03 Implementation & Execution

Our trained and compassionate team puts the plan into action, providing hands-on, one-to-one support in the home, school, or community. We adapt to each setting, making sure the support feels natural, engaging, and empowering.

STEP 04 Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

What types of Special Educational Needs (SEN) do you support?

We dont just support SEN, we support all individuals in the community and also adults with a wide range of needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, sensory processing difficulties, communication challenges, and social or emotional needs. Our support is always tailored to the individual’s abilities, goals, and preferences.

How do you create individual support plans?

We start with an in-depth conversation with the individual, their family, and (if relevant) school or healthcare professionals. We then design a personalised plan that considers emotional, social, and practical needs. This plan is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet the individual’s evolving goals.

Where do you provide your services?

Our support can take place in the home, at school or college, and within the local community. We adapt to the environment that’s most comfortable and beneficial for the individual.

Can you help with social skills and community activities?

Absolutely. We actively encourage participation in community events, social groups, and skill-building activities that promote independence, confidence, and friendships.
